Outsourcing contracts

Experience certainly does not hurt! The ideal IT outsourcing contract is unthinkable without experience. This is valid for limited projects, like, for example, the out-tasking of smaller services as well as the partial or total outsourcing of complete IT-infrastructures. Contracts pertaining to the outsourcing of IT services not only combine different types of contracts, but also must define the roles and responsibilities on the customer and on the supplier side in a lot of detail. The rules for solving conflicts and terminating the contract before term are also important, if for example the customer wants to integrate IT back into his/her own company within the framework of a change of strategy. The result is generally a very comprehensive contract or set of agreements, very often realized with a master agreement in combination with different service level agreements, in which the system availability is regulated. They give the outsourcing company security with respect to the services that can be demanded from it, can however if necessary be adapted to changed prevailing circumstances.
